Website & Digital Experience

Led the strategic redesign of the IABC Edmonton website to improve the member experience and better reflect the chapter's value. Working alongside a small team, I helped rethink the site's information architecture, navigation, content organization, and overall user experience.

Social Media Leadership

Alongside my responsibilities as Senior Director of Marketing & Communications, I assumed responsibility for the chapter's social media program when the Social Media Director position remained vacant. I developed and managed the editorial calendar, created content, promoted events, and maintained an active presence across the chapter's social channels, ensuring consistent communication throughout the year.
